Favorite thing about being on park crew: One of the most satisfying aspects of being a park operator, to me, is coming into work after a heavy holiday weekend, knowing what a wrecked mess our parks are and completely putting them back together. The accomplished feeling of making everything look picture perfect again, despite the stress, is one of my favorite things.

Words of wisdom: Don’t let anyone tell you you’re not capable of being just as successful as the next guy. Terrain parks are for women, too.
