The Interior Plain Project premiered its film Bloodlines to a Fulton Brewery taproom filled with the Minnesota’s snowboarding community on Saturday night. It was an evening of good friends, good beer, music from Outer Realms — which consists of Jonas Michilot, Brandon Larson and Zac Marben — all together to celebrate snowboarding.

Bloodlines releases September 24th here on snowboardmag.com, in the meantime you can watch the trailer here.

The words of The Interior Plain Project’s Pete Harvieux:

This night was a few years in the making. Our launch of the 4th collection from the Interior Plain Project was a culmination of time, effort, creativity, and timing.

With our eye on telling a snowboarding story we can all share, our storytelling short was the icing on the cake of an awesome event. Equally sweet was the Master Craft Bloodlines Red IPA that the brewers at Fulton Brewery in Minneapolis, MN created. With notes of unique flavors this Red IPA was a hit with the beer connoisseurs who had many fine things to say about the pilot batch of beer- maybe the highest being that this beer should be put on the taproom beer board full-time.

More than a sweet surprise in the middle was Zac Marben, Jonas Michilot, and Brandon Larson playing as Outer Realms band. They grooved the room with strong strings, keen bass lines, and a proper drum rhythm. People were moving and beer was flowing. The product line stood together as a collection, where people aware and unaware of the Interior Plain Project took in the goods firsthand. Above the line were images of our catalog shoot shot by Ryan Taylor who’s been a strong contributor since our first collection, Dark Meadows. After waiting out the local Gopher Game OT victory we cued the Collection Short. Many had gathered to take in the story and riding that bring our newest line all together. Those that came left with some custom glassware in pint-sized form. The movie looped and we shared stories with longtime friends, made new ones, and enjoyed the beyond perfect late summer evening.

Thank you to Eric Schleicher, Joe Mertes, Matt Porter, all those that contributed, the pilots, Tucker Gerrick, Jens Heig, Kyle Kennedy, Mikey Salo, Gummy Grande, Fulton Staff, Zac Marben, Jonas Michilot and Brandon Larson for supplying the tunes, all those that showed up, those that couldn’t but hollered, and well… snowboarding.
