Come celebrate the remodel of Woodward at Copper, the opening of the 22ft. Olympic-sized Main Vein Superpipe and the return of Santa Claus for the lighting of the holiday tree. What better way to work off that third (maybe even fourth) helping of Thanksgiving turkey at the Annual Go Pro Yam Jam by jibbing Woodward at Copper’s progressive rails?
Is it a grand re-opening or a re-grand opening? Whatever it is, come celebrate the remodel of Woodward at Copper over Thanksgiving weekend! Woodward Remix Weekend includes FREE public Woodward Barn Sessions (yes, free barn sessions), BMX and Skate demos and free Kidz skate jams. Meet the pros – Curren Caples, Anthony Napolitan, Louie Lopez, and Zack Warden, not to mention members of the US Freesking and US Snowboarding teams. Win a chance to meet the athletes by visiting Woodward at Copper’s Facebook page. What better way to work off that third helping of Thanksgiving turkey than at the Annual Yam Jam by jibbing on Woodward at Copper’s Progressive rail set up. Looking for even more thanksgiving fun? Santa RSVPed and will be at Copper for the lighting of the Christmas Tree, followed by fireworks and hot chocolate.
Fans have a chance to visit with these athletes in a private meet and greet session by entering the “Show Us How You Remix” contest. “Show Us How You Remix” is a photo and video contest on Woodward at Copper’s Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Fans can enter by submitting pictures or videos that demonstrate a “remixed” version of previously shot material. Similar to a “Then and Now” format, entries can be a photo edited in two different ways, a reenactment of a famous photo or video edit, a then-and-now edit of your friends, etc. The sky’s the limit!
