When it comes snowboards, Ståle Sandbech has an innate understanding of the precise balance of high performance and maxed-out fun–and his new 2023 line up of boards with longtime-sponsor Rome is designed with that in mind. The Ståle Collection is made up of three snowboards, the Stale Fish, the Stale Crewzer, and the Stale Mod, as well as the Stale Cleaver, a hyper-responsive binding.
The quick breadown: The Stale Fish is an all-mountain powder hound that happy to lay into groomers when the weather is clear. The Crewzer is Ståle’s daily driver, a directional twin, one-board quiver and SDS team rider favorite. The Stale Mod is the Norwegian style king’s pick when he’s dropping into slopestyle lanes and hefty jumps, loaded with performance and pop for anything in your path downhill.
