Performance Review
First Impression. The first run on the Object felt great immediately. It strikes a rare balance, being a soft yet remarkably stable and playful board. It feels intuitive and friendly, removing any “break-in” period and allowing you to get right to work in the park.
Edge Hold. For a softer-flexing board, the edge hold is impressive. It feels reliable throughout the resort, maintaining its composure whether you’re carving between hits or setting an edge off a takeoff.

Edge Transition. Transitions are quick and fluid. The medium torsional flex allows for easy manipulation, making the board feel nimble underfoot.
Drive // Pop. The Object has a lively, energetic feel. It offers plenty of “snap” for popping off rollers and exiting turns. It’s a rhythmic board that keeps its momentum well, making the transition from one feature to the next feel seamless.
Nimbleness & Predictability. This is a highly maneuverable deck. I rode it through South Park and found it exceptionally easy to handle on all shapes and sizes of features. It behaves exactly as you expect it to, offering a high level of predictability.
Stability at Speed. While it is really stable off the takeoff and in the air, the softness does have a limit. For a soft/medium park deck, its stability-to-weight ratio is excellent.
Fun Factor. The fun factor is through the roof. Its versatility is its greatest asset—it’s just as happy on a rail as it is on a jump. It turns the entire park into a playground, encouraging you to hit every feature with a playful, creative mindset.
The Deep Dive
Who is this board for? Park riders of all skill levels, from beginner to professional. It’s an ideal choice for the rider who wants one board that can handle every feature in the park without feeling specialized or limiting.
Overall Impression The United Shapes Object is a standout park board that successfully bridges the gap between playfulness and stability. It’s a versatile tool that feels at home in all areas of the park, from the jib line to the jump line.
