TNF pretty much gives you everything you want in an app for your next day on the hill. Its social integration keeps your friends updated on your travels and if you need some fresh gear you can locate their nearest store. The 5-day forecasts give you detailed information to keep you in the know and an avalanche advisory will make sure you have the info you need before heading into the backcountry.
