The event will deliver a packed schedule of the top 2013-2014 ski and snowboard movies, live music, parties, activities and a conference with top-notch speakers. Tickets to movies at the Wagner Park Theater will be sold separately through the Wheeler Opera House box office or online atwww.aspenshowtix.com. Tickets for music and movies at the Belly Up Aspen will be available through the Belly Up Box office and online at www.bellyupaspen.com/events. The D&E and Four-Mountain Sports Fashion Show at the Belly Up will be free to the public but tickets must be purchased for the DJ Shadow show that follows.

The NEPSA Video Awards
The NEPSA Awards will once again be the kick-off event for The Meeting. The NEPSA Awards are a chance to check out some creative shorts from local and regional videographers and athletes that have an emphasis on fun and incorporate one of this year’s themes: Dawn Patrol, Apocalypse, Sunday FunDay. Entrants compete for a $3,500 prize purse so come cheer them on and vote for your favorite.

Musical Performances
DJ Shadow with Salva
DJ Shadow is widely credited as a key figure in developing the experimental instrumental hip-hop style associated with the London-based Mo’ Wax label. Inspired by hip-hop’s early years, he then grew to absorb the heyday of crews like Eric B. & Rakim, Ultramagnetic MCs, and Public Enemy; groups which prominently featured DJs in their ranks. Shadow’s first full-length, “Endtroducing…”, was released in late 1996 to immense critical acclaim in Britain and America.

Friday presents Jake Blauvelt, Naturally
Jake Blauvelt and friends seek new lines across the globe in Naturally, a snowboarding media project two years in the making presented by Oakley, Adidas and Ride Snowboards. Jake has been searching for natural lines for most of his career. The last two years he has documented what it takes. Featuring Terje Håkonsen, Kazuhiro Kokubo, John Jackson and Eric Jackson.

Level 1 presents Partly Cloudy
Everything is baked. The snow has turned to mush and that burn is starting to peel. Fortunately, for those seeking cover from the glare there is a reset on the way. Hot on the heels of Level 1’s award-winning film Sunny comes a slightly different forecast. No major disturbances or low-pressure fronts, just a healthy mix of skiing, music and personality with a low ultraviolet index.

Nike Snowboarding presents Never Not: Part II
Never Not Part II takes a deeper look at snowboarding, going beyond the action, the tricks, and the travel to expose the people behind the progression. By elevating the voices and viewpoints of the world’s best riders, this film taps into the snowboarding spirit, exposing audiences to the sport’s unique culture and characters. Getting up close and personal with the riders, we learn what it takes and what it means to realize your potential and live the snowboard dream. Poor Boyz Productions and Red Bull Media House presents Tracing Skylines
Every skier knows what it’s like to call a few friends, pack up and head out for a trip. Rather than spend another winter chasing storms, six of the top pros and their closest pals embark on their own interpretations of a “trip of a lifetime,” taking them deep into new and uncharted territory. Featuring Sean Pettit, Pep Fujas, Seth Morrison, Karl Fostvedt, Julien Regnier and Bobby Brown.

Sherpas presents Into the Mind
From the creators of the award winning film All.I.Can, Sherpas Cinema is proud to present their newest feature film, Into The Mind. Simon Dumont has dedicated 10 years of his life to leading the progression of freeskiing, a journey that has led to the inaugural inclusion of freeskiing in the 2014 Winter Olympics. Produced by Stept Productions and Network A, this feature release of Simon Dumont’s “Drop In” web series presents the greatest moments of Simon’s career to date including the setbacks that come with pushing the limits.
