Freshies and a Free Day this Friday, December 17th
ROSSLAND, B.C. – RED is off to a thrilling start for the season as the base is in great shape for a fun winter of La Nina filled snow. With a base of 115cm on the upper parts of the mountain, RED is already ahead of last season’s snowfall, year to date. (see “RED Press Release Free Day Images.pdf” for a shot from today).
To help celebrate snow, the spirit of skiing and riding as well as the holiday season, RED Mountain is again presenting the annual “Free Ski & Ride Day” and this year it’s scheduled for Friday, December 17th. It will be a great time to taste RED and savor the moments with some Kootenay powder snow. With Environment Canada’s forecast calling for cooler temperatures over the next few days along with snow, Friday’s “Free Ski & Ride Day” could include some fresh tracks for everyone. Come early to enjoy the day out at RED.
Also, RED’s Vertical Value Card is on sale now. It offers 2 free days and value pricing for all other days of skiing or riding throughout the season. This is a limited time offer and sale ends December 20th – when it’s over, the sale is over!! The Vertical Value Card is available in Adult, Youth, Junior and Senior categories.
